13. REFUND POLICY

15. Expiry period

You accept that in the unlikely event of a disagreement between the result that appears on your screen and the game server, the result recorded on the game server will prevail, and you acknowledge and agree that our records will be the final authority in determining the terms and circumstances of your participation in the relevant online gaming activity and the results of this participation.

17. Non-assignability

You may not assign, pledge or transfer the ownership of any claims arising under these Terms and Conditions, use of the Website or participation in games against the Casino without the Casino's consent. This prohibition is intended as a non-transferability clause under Article 83, paragraph 2, of Book 3 of the Civil Code and includes the transfer of any valuable asset of any kind whatsoever, including, but not limited to, the ownership of accounts, winnings, deposits, bets, rights and/or claims in connection with such assets, whether legal, commercial or otherwise. The prohibition of such transfers also includes, but is not limited to, the charging, pledging, assignment, usufruct, trading, brokering, mortgaging and/or donating in cooperation with a fiduciary or any other third party, a company, a natural or legal person, an entity, in any way whatsoever.

18. Arbitration

All disputes that may arise between you and the Casino, including their successors in general or special title, as a result of these general terms and conditions or as a result of other agreements and other acts in connection with these general terms and conditions, will be settled exclusively by arbitration in Cyprus and in accordance with the civil procedural rules of Cyprus.
